Suburban Kids Can Be Murderers Too, Right?

CNN was running a piece on a 12 year old white kid who shot his father’s pregnant fiance. The details of this crime are pretty terrible. The prosecutor in this case is attempting to try this kid as an adult. Which seems fitting due to the graphic nature of the crime. The father of the kid is an avid hunter who actually bought the shotgun used in this crime as a gift for his child (this sort of makes you wonder what happened to video games).

At the end of the day, the boy shot this pregnant woman in the head.

Understandably, the debate around this case has centered around whether or not, it is constitutional or ethical to try a 12 year old as an adult.

We are having a debate about this…what’s to debate here??? The precedence has already been set for trying 12 year old kids for murder…don’t you remember?

Lets roll back the clock to 2001. Location,  Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Lionel Tate, a 12 year old black kid, kills a young 6 year old girl after mimicking wrestling moves on her. He is sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, no questions asked. Well… I guess there was a debate, but that was after he was sentenced.

It should be known that Lionel Tate, was eventually released after his 16th birthday, but has remained in and out of jail since then. Apparently because the rehabilitation that he received in the “rehabilitation system” has been so effective. That’s a whole ‘nother topic though…

Now I’m not saying whether a 12-year-old should or shouldn’t be tried as an adult. But there is a discrepancy in reactions to this crime that is palpable. America has a blatant race problem, and it needs to be fixed. Standing by, and not saying anything, or turning up your iPod is not going to fix things. We need to confront this issue head on with the veracity that we fight terrorists, or protest government run health care (sic).

I actually brought this point up in the comments of the article on CNN, only to be labeled as a racist for even making this comparison.  Which is really kind of scary, guys…Something is brewing in America, and it ain’t post racial harmony.

During an interview on Good Morning America, Rudy Giuliani stated that Barack Obama didn’t keep America safe because we had no domestic terrorist attacks under Governor elect Bush. Yes people the former mayor of New York city actually said that 9/11 didn’t happen…well, sort of. Giuliani said he always says “no domestic attacks under Bush after 9/11″, but he accidentally omitted that part. So no domestic attacks since the biggest attack on American soil in generations??? And that is a good track record? So Obama is a bad president because someone got on a plane and torched his own dick and Bush is the man because no one fucked us up twice? Rudy stop it. Your own daughter campaigned and voted for Obama. My question is this: if his own family wouldn’t listen to his bullshit while he was running for president, why is mainstream media giving him a pulpit? When will black people start boycotting networks that interview racist hate mongers? Next time you want to watch the news go sit on your front porch…Oh shit it’s 20 degrees in Alabama…bet there’s nothing wrong with the environment either is there Rudy?

(Lima,Oh) Two years ago  Tarika Wilson, 26  an unarmed mother of six was shot and killed while holding her 1 year old baby. Wilson’s baby was also hit and had to have a finger amputated. The officer who shot them both, Police Sgt. Joseph Chavalia, was acquitted of criminal charges and is still on the force though he no longer does street patrol. Ms. Wilson’s family received a $2.5 mil settlement though the police department admitted no wrong doing. Sgt. Chavalia was part of a SWAT team that raided Wilson’s home in January 2008 looking for her boyfriend, a suspected drug dealer who later pleaded guilty to drug trafficking. He fired three shots into the room where Wilson and her six children were. My first instinct is to say that he should be stoned, my second is to ask this: How in the hell does a 26 year old have six fucking children and once she does why would she be shacked up with a drug dealer? Yes true believers actions have consequences. So if your daughter is super hot in the ass and doesn’t use birth control (I know all six condoms broke) and you don’t train her to be an even semi responsible parent, you too can make $2.5 mil when the racist cop guns her down and leaves your grandchild with 9 fingers.

For those of you that don’t know, Jesus loves sports. I have been an avid fan of most sports since childhood so I rarely see something that I have never seen before, but this one takes the cake

Mackenzie McCollum, a 17-year old volleyball player at Arlington Heights High School (Fort Worth,TX), filed a Title IX complaint against the school earlier this fall – alleging she was discriminated against when the school learned she was pregnant.

This is the type of thing that gives conservatives an argument. Are you fucking kidding me? Her mom actually said “it’s 2009 she should be allowed to play.” At some point morality and common sense should prevail. So a pregnant girl should play a sport that requires her to jump, be hit with a ball at high speeds, and occasionally dive on the floor? Hmmmm it’s 2009 maybe we should start teaching kids to close their fucking legs. What do we have to do to get people to use birth control? Coat the tips of a bluetooth headset? Coming to a store near you bluetooth birthcontrol. It wouldn’t work though. I mean we have pills, shots, patches and dumb bitches still get pregnant. Then again if you have day care in high school and allow them to keep playing sports what is there to make them think it’s wrong?

Hell, they let Serena Williams play tennis pregnant. Oh, she wasn’t? But she was so big? Fried Chicken? Seriously? Damn.

The Tiger Scandal?… Or Payback from Whitey?

I’ve come to a few conclusions as to why this Tiger Woods scandal is such a big fucking deal in the media.

First of all, let’s all be honest and admit that Tiger Woods is the single largest source of white jealousy and anger in the history of modern sports. Golf is, and always has been, the white man’s number one pasttime (oh, you thought it was baseball? wrong!).  Golf, the “thinking man’s” sport –  That sophisticated leisure activity requiring a nuanced level of detail and focus that is far beyond the grasp of simple-minded niggers. Not long ago, Black men weren’t even allowed to PLAY golf at most of the country clubs across the United States.

Despite being locked out of the sport, and despite not having generations of golf knowledge passed down from father to son, and son to grandson — Black people still managed to spawn the greatest golfer of all time. Imagine that!  The only brother on the PGA Tour  just happens to be kicking the shit out of every other golfer, and making everyone wonder why there aren’t more Black golfers, since this one seems to be light years ahead of every white golfer?…

Why aren’t there more Black golfers?…

…The answer is simple –golf is fucking expensive as hell (as is hockey, as is tennis, figure skating, skiing, etc…)  But I’ll save that for a future rant.

Back to Tiger. - By no means am I defending his decision to have 15 extra dips on the side of his marriage, but the level to which he is being torn apart by the media has reached epic proportions. The fact of the matter is every white man in the world has been waiting for an opportunity to exact some kind of revenge on Tiger Woods. Since it probably will never happen on the golf course, the second best battleground is the court of public opinion, where Tiger is currently being crucified.
